Baseball Tournament

Payton had his first baseball tournament this past weekend.  They played one game on Friday and three on Sunday due to the rain we had.  The team ended up placing second yet they were all hoping for a first.  Maybe next time boys.

Beckym was being nice and calm with Elley and not fighting with her so had to snap some pictures.  The two of them can fight like they are brother and sister so this was priceless.  I'm not sure why he had to have his fingers in his mouth but he wouldn't take them out.

I also had to take some closeup shots of him looking so sweet and innocent.  Most of my posts are of him being naughty.  So I had to show he isn't that way all the time.

Easter Egg Hunt

Every year our street has an Easter egg hunt for the kids on our street.  The kids all get really excited about it and have a lot of fun getting their Easter eggs.  Payton was at a baseball tournament so he missed out but I do have eggs for him anyway.

First tooth lost!!

Cadynce finally lost his first tooth!! Yeah!! It has been loose for quite a while and he was scared it would hurt if he pulled it out.  It was hanging by a thread and by the time he lost it, it came out on its own while he was playing outside.  The next morning he saw all his coins and thought he had enough to be able to go to Disney World for his birthday in April.  In his mind he only needs 200 coins to be able to go.  That is becuase I told him it is expensive and when he asked I said the airplane ride was $200.00.  He has some learning to do when it comes to money.  Maybe someday Cadynce.  Here is where his tooth came out and yet that is the permanent tooth that you see.  It just proves how long his tooth was actually loose.

Snow in March!

Well we got about 7-9 inches of snow this past weekend and the boys wanted to build a snowman because it was the perfect snow for it.  Here they are trying to build the biggest base of a snowman ever.

Now the second one goes on but it is really heavy...

Sick little boy

This past weekend Beckym got sick again.  I took him to CVS first to see if he had an ear infection and they wouldn't see him becuase he sounded too bad for just an ear infection.  They sent us on to the Urgent Care by our house.  We went there and found out Beckym had pneumonia and a double ear infection.  We were there for 2 1/2 hours becuase he was breathing so fast and they were not comfortable with him leaving till that slowed and his heart rate slowed down as well.  Finally we were able to go home on two different kinds of medicines and albuterol for the lungs.  He does pretty well with the breathing treatments.  Here he is just hanging out with it on.

Crazy hair

Well my boys have been known for their hair but not becuase of these shots!! Beckym woke up from a nap and had this crazy hairdo and we had to put it in a ponytail.

         The other day I decided to take the boys swimming at the gym for something to do over spring break.  I got swim stuff out from last year hoping that the suits would still fit well enough to wear for the day.  They did fit but Beckym wanted to wear his along with some old sandals, his shirt he had on for the day and a bink that he found in the closet as well, which he hasn't had since he was 5 months old.  He wore this till we had to put coats and clothes on to leave.  They both had a lot of fun in the pool.

Will you marry me?

Well today Cadynce and I had a conversation and this is how it went.  Cadynce: Guess what mommy I love you.  Mommy: Well I love you too Cadynce.  Cadynce: I'm going to marry you.  Mommy: O.K. that would be fine. Cadynce: O.K. Then he goes on about playing and doing his thing.
This is one of those moments I just had to write down.  I hope to someday talk about this when he starts dating.  I can say remember when you said you were going to marry me?

Doritos anyone?

This is what Beckym was doing the other day.  I guess he thought he needed some Doritos.  This means someone did not lock the pantry door and he found it.  In these pictures he was a little shocked we found him because he was hiding the best that he could around the corner.

Payton at Basketball

This winter Payton played basketball again.  His team ended up losing the championship game by 2 points.  Which was very disappointing for them but they played a really good game.  Here are a few shots from the past season.

Mascara?

Last week I was on the phone with mom and was not feeling well.  So I was laying on the floor resting my stomach after cleaning a few bathrooms.  Beckym was in the room next to me for about 2 minutes and when he came and found me to show me what he did this is what I saw.

Yes he was able to open my mascara and then he even knew where it was supposed to go on his face.  He must have thought it looked good.  Here is his close up.
